The difference between sheet metal parts and welding parts is that their processing methods and characteristics are different.

Welding deformation may occur easily in the process of welding parts, which has a certain impact on the accuracy and performance of welding parts. Ordinary pure aluminum plate: the chemical composition of ordinary pure aluminum plate is single, and there are few problems due to complex alloy composition during welding, such as component segregation. The melting point is low, the heat input is small, the energy consumption is less, the welding deformation is easy to recover, and the chemical reaction in the welding is not complicated, the oxidation phenomenon is not serious, which is conducive to welding operation and quality assurance.

Aluminum alloy plate: The weldability of aluminum alloy plate is closely related to the alloy elements contained in it. In general, the higher the content of alloying elements, the worse the welding performance. Therefore, when selecting an aluminum alloy plate for welding, a brand with a lower alloying element content should be selected as far as possible.
